Q:What is granulator? Where is this equipment used for ?
A:Pls kindly note the granulator is used for lubricating injection head. if you will buy the auto ladle ,the granulator must be used . If you don't want to auto ladle ,the granulator don't have to buy.
S: apakah perbezaan antara mesin pemutus die aluminium dan tembaga?
A:pls kindly note the aluminum and brass die casting machine is the same ,but the difference is the mould and furnace of their using .But if you use the natural gas to melt the metal the machine have no difference only the mould they are using is difference .if you use the electric furnace ,the aluminum die casting machine will equip with the general electric furnace is ok and the price is cheaper ,but the brass die casting machine will equip with high frequency brass electric furnace and its price is also more expensive than the general electric furnace .
S: Adakah mungkin untuk membuat bahagian zink dalam mesin pemutus die chamber sejuk?
A:Pls kindly note the cold chamber die casting machine can make all the materials ,including the zinc ,but hot chamber die casting machine can only make zinc,lead all have low heating point materials .Comparing with hot chamber die casting machine ,the cold chamber die casting machine have lower speed .
Q: what temperatures does the cold chamber die casting machine operate?
A:Pls kindly note the oil temperature can not exceed 55 degree , for materials temperature ,the aluminum alloy is about 700 degree ,the zinc alloy is 420 degree ,the brass is about 950 degree .
